Privacy, terms and data processing

• Documents are not stored. They are parsed in memory and are gone when the response is returned. There is no database in this service.
• No model provider may keep them or train on them. Every call carries a data policy that excludes any endpoint permitted to do either, and a call no endpoint will take under that policy is refused rather than served by one that would.
• You stay the controller. A resume is personal data about somebody who is not you; this service is a processor acting on your API call.
• No score, no ranking, no recommendation. The service returns what a document states. It makes no automated decision about anybody.
• No cookies, no analytics script, no tracking. The free parser page loads one third-party challenge widget, and nothing else on this site loads anything.

The documents

• Privacy and data handling — what is processed, what is kept, where it goes, and what this service cannot do.
• Terms of Use — the terms the API is served under, including the warranty position: extraction is automated, it is provided as is, and it must not be the sole basis for a decision about a person.

Processing this service does on your behalf is covered by the Terms above. No contract, addendum or certification is published or offered here. Data-protection correspondence goes to privacy@tiraisoft.com and is read by a person; anything of that kind is settled with the party who raises it, if and when one does.

Security reports go to the same address — see /.well-known/security.txt.
