Privacy, terms and data processing
What happens to a document sent to this service, written to be checked rather than to reassure.
- Documents are not stored. They are parsed in memory and are gone when the response is returned. There is no database in this service.
- No model provider may keep them or train on them. Every call carries a data policy that excludes any endpoint permitted to do either, and a call no endpoint will take under that policy is refused rather than served by one that would.
- You stay the controller. A resume is personal data about somebody who is not you; this service is a processor acting on your API call.
- No score, no ranking, no recommendation. The service returns what a document states. It makes no automated decision about anybody.
- No cookies, no analytics script, no tracking. The free parser page loads one third-party challenge widget, and nothing else on this site loads anything.
The documents
- Privacy and data handling — what is processed, what is kept, where it goes, and what this service cannot do.
- Terms of Use — the terms the API is served under, including the warranty position: extraction is automated, it is provided as is, and it must not be the sole basis for a decision about a person.
Processing this service does on your behalf is covered by the Terms above. If your organisation needs a data processing addendum, or the list naming each sub-processor with its location, write to privacy@tiraisoft.com and both are sent to you. They are handled per customer rather than published, because a contract on a public page is an offer to everybody who reads it.
