Terms of Use
The terms this API is served under. Metering and billing are RapidAPI’s; these cover the service behind it.
Provided by Tiraisoft (Indonesia). By subscribing to or calling this API you accept these terms. Metering, billing and your subscription itself are handled by RapidAPI under RapidAPI's own terms; these terms cover the service behind it.

1. What the service does
You send a resume or CV as text, PDF, DOCX, or a JPEG, PNG or WebP image of the page. The service returns structured JSON describing what that document states. Nothing else is promised.
2. Your documents are not stored
Documents are processed in memory and are not retained. There is no database in this service, no archive, and no copy kept after the response is returned. Documents are sent to a third-party language-model provider solely to perform the extraction for your request.
No provider that may keep your document or train on it is allowed to serve a call. Every request carries a data policy excluding those endpoints, and a call that no endpoint will accept under that policy is refused rather than served by one that would.
Operational metadata — request counts, timings, error codes — is retained to run and bill the service. Resume content is not part of it.
The full detail is at <https://resumejson.tiraisoft.com/legal/privacy>.
3. Personal data, and who is responsible for it
A resume is personal data about someone who is not you. You are the controller of that data and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to process it, for whatever notice or consent your jurisdiction requires, and for the rights of the person it describes. Tiraisoft acts only as a processor carrying out the extraction you request.
Do not send documents you are not entitled to process.
If your organisation requires a data processing addendum, or the list naming each sub-processor and its location, write to privacy@tiraisoft.com and both are sent to you. They are handled per customer rather than published.
4. No warranty on extraction accuracy
Extraction is automated and may be incomplete or incorrect. Resumes are unstructured, inconsistent and often ambiguous. The service is designed not to invent values — a field the document does not state is returned as null — but it can still misread a field that is present, or miss one entirely.
Do not use the output as the sole basis for a decision affecting a person, including any hiring, screening, ranking or eligibility decision, without human review. The service is a data-extraction tool, not an assessment of any candidate, and it produces no score, ranking or recommendation.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness and non-infringement. No warranty is given that extraction will be correct for any document, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any defect will be corrected.
You decide whether the output is fit for what you are doing with it. That judgement is yours, on every call, and it is the basis on which this service is offered at this price.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- send documents you have no right to process;
- attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits or the RapidAPI gateway, or call the origin directly to avoid metering;
- resell or redistribute the API as a competing parsing service;
- use the service to build a profile of an individual beyond the purpose for which they gave you their CV;
- attempt to extract, reverse-engineer or reproduce the underlying prompts, models or infrastructure.
Accounts that do these may be rate-limited or suspended without notice.
6. Quotas and availability
Quotas and overage are those of the plan you subscribe to on RapidAPI. Requests past a hard limit are refused rather than billed.
Reasonable effort is made to keep the service available and fast; no specific uptime or response time is guaranteed, and no service credits are offered. Published latency figures are measurements, not commitments.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiraisoft's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid for it in the three months before the claim. Tiraisoft is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.
8. Changes
These terms and the service may change. Material changes will be reflected on this listing. Continuing to call the API after a change accepts it.
9. Termination
You may stop at any time by cancelling your RapidAPI subscription. Tiraisoft may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, or where required by law.
10. Governing law
The laws of Indonesia govern these terms.
11. Contact
Use the Discussions tab on this listing. It reaches the maintainers and keeps the thread attached to your subscription.
